IF-YITP GR+HEP+Cosmo International Symposium VI

IF-YITP GR+HEP+Cosmo International Symposium VI

  • DATE
    3rd-5th August, 2016
(On 6th, there is an excursion to Sukhothai)
  • SUBJECTS
Superstring theory, Quantum theory of field and gravity, Cosmology and so on
  • VENUE
A lecture hall, SC1-214, in the 2nd floor of the building, Faculty of Science, Naresuan Univ, Thailand (The blue line in the google map is the guide for people who come by taxi. In coming by taxi, normally one arrives at the point “117”. From there you can come to IF along the blue line.)
  • Currency to be used in the local life of Phitsanulok
In the local life of Phitsanulok, all the payments are performed only by Thai baht. Further we are going to collect the registration fee by Thai baht at the venue directly. So it would be convenient to come by finishing exchanging the necessary amount to Thai baht. Exchanging can be performed at the airports of Bangkok, or there are many exchange shops in Bangkok. It is also possible in banks in the campus of Naresuan University or Phitsanulok. If you are concerned the rate, to finish exchanging in some exchange shop in Bangkok would be better.

  • PROCEEDINGS
We encourage the submission of contributions from both invited and non-invited speakers for publication as part of the conference proceedings. These will be published with a reputable academic publisher not later than the end of March 2017.
  • The required style of the articles is two-column. Articles can be submitted in any TeX format (pre-print, two-column, etc.) but will be converted to two column form in the published version.
  • There is, in principle, no limit to the length of an article, but please contact the Guest Editors of the proceedings (listed below) in advance if your submission is likely to be longer than 25 pages.
  • Deadlines for submission to the 6th IF-YITP Symposium Proceedings:
    (i) December 31st 2016 – deadline for submission of paper
(ii) February 31st 2017 – reviews of manuscripts due
(iii) March 31st, 2017 – publication of proceedings volume.
  • An online submission form will be provided once the publisher has been determined. Please upload all TeX files through the online portal. (A link will be made available HERE when the system is ready.)
  • Once submitted, your paper will be assigned to one of the Guest Editors, listed below, who will oversee the review process (if necessary) and its eventual publication in the proceedings volume. For further enquires regarding submissions to the symposium proceedings, please email the Lead Guest Editor, Prof. Piero Nicolini (nicolini_at_th.physik.uni-frankfurt.de).
