CGL conducts theoretical research in gravitational physics beyond General Relativity (GR). While GR explains many cosmic phenomena, issues like dark energy, dark matter, and the early universe suggest the need for new theories. Our current work explores topics such as massive gravity, modified gravity, inflationary dynamics, dark energy models, and black hole physics.

 

IFTHEP explores fundamental principles of nature through quantum field theory, string theory, and integrable systems. Our research spans topics such as scattering amplitudes, gauge-gravity dualities, M5-brane dynamics, and mathematical structures underlying high-energy physics.

 

Quantum information science explores the information processing capability of quantum systems, drawing on the disciplines of physics, mathematics, computer science, and engineering. Our team specializes in foundations of quantum information science, with topics ranging from mathematical aspects of quantum operations, to theory of quantum computation, and characterization and certification of quantum states and devices.
